TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer). LDSA continues to develop a Program for individuals with physical and mental disabilities. More information is available on the LDSA web site (from the main page go to TOP SOCCER). An application for a returning player submitted after May 11, 2007 is late. A $25.00 late fee is assessed per applicant. Late applications create a significant amount of additional work for the organization. Please make every attempt to get to the March and April Registrations or mail-in the application before this deadline. All refund requests must be provided in writing (letter or email). A $15.00 processing fee will be applied. No refund to Intramural, Travel or LDC United player after July 13, 2007 . The registration fee will be refunded to a player not selected for an LDC United team and who chose not to accept placement on a LDSA Travel Team. A $15.00 processing fee will be applied. There is no refund to a player offered a roster spot on a LDC United Team. No refunds to players offered a roster position on an LDC United team All Travel and LDC United players are required to participate in a tryout. All players will be assessed a $10 fee at the tryout.
